    I had trouble fitting this over my head with the tight and wide elastic. I am a size 00/xxs in Ivy dresses so I would say this runs small. It also isn’t very flattering on my petite frame, tweaks to the design up top could help as the fit and sleeves are slouchy, maybe if there were buttons down the front, a smaller elastic waist band, and pleated skirt. Another idea would be similar to the design of Allie. That would be so cute in this fabric, I am just not a fan of the style of this dress on me unfortunately, I suspect it’s meant to be a slouchy or loose type of fit. I do like the flare type of fabric fit around the skirt with the sections of it to add volume. I’m not sure how to explain it but I took a photo of the sections of fabric and added it here - it reminded me some of pleated skirts. The fabric itself is also so bright and cheery! Would be a great casual dress that can be dressed up with a button jean shirt to make it appear as a skirt.
