    Ordered this Dylan Skirt on Thanksgiving during the Black Friday sale. I followed the size chart which showed I should order a size Large according to my accurate measurements so I ordered a size Large. I received the skirt one week later (two days ago) and am very disappointed to find out the skirt is WAY too small. Can’t even go past my thighs. The skirt has only the slightest stretch so there’s no way I can make it work. The size chart said it would fit perfectly. Because it was on sale at the time, I cannot return it or exchange it for a different size. It’s not on sale now which kind of isn’t fair that I can’t return it because it’s not like it’s a discontinued item. Now I’m stuck with a skirt that doesn’t fit. To be honest I would not exchange it for a bigger size because then it will be too big around my waist. I was so looking forward to wearing this for the holidays and I’m really disappointed. Huge bummer!
